Change of members of the FTN board

Two members of the board of FTN, Hans Lindblad and Åsa Edman, have requested resignation from the assignment, which was granted by the Government Office as of January 25, 2024.

Hans Lindblad has resigned from his position as a board member as he has been appointed as a new Swedish member of the European Court of Auditors. Åsa Edman has resigned for personal reasons.

Facts

The Swedish Fund Selection Agency is governed by the board, which consists of seven members appointed by the Government Office.
The Chairman of the Board is Mats Sjöstrand, former Director General of the Swedish Tax Agency. The vice-chair is Maria Rydbeck, Director General of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.
In the event of the dismissal of ordinary members, the Government Offices appoint replacements.
