Information for the procurement of actively managed Swedish and European small-cap funds
Today, 18 March 2025, the Swedish Fund Selection Agency presents preliminary procurement specifications for the procurement of actively managed Swedish and European equity funds, small-cap.
Today, there are 14 actively managed Swedish small-cap funds on the fund platform with assets under management of approximately SEK 44 billion. European small-cap funds consist of five funds with approximately SEK 6 billion in capital*. In total, the procurements affect 334,000 premium pension savers.
The preliminary procurement specifications are attached in full below. Please note that these are only drafts and that the final and governing specifications will be presented when notice is made for the procurements. The preliminary specifications are shared to allow potential tenderers to prepare and submit questions and comments.
Questions and comments can be sent to procurement@ftn.se up until April 8. The Swedish Fund Selection Agency will not answer all questions but will review and consider all comments received.

*The amount of assets allocated to the category by February 28th. It is not guaranteed that the procured volume will be equally large.
