Information on procurement notice: Global and European Index Funds

As previously communicated, FTN plans to give notice of the procurements of Global and European index funds in early 2024. The preparatory work is now in the final stages and is projected to be finished by the end of February. The procurement documentation will be published on the procurement platform e-avrop, as well as on ftn.se and will be announced to subscribers of FTN news updates.

At the end of November, FTN presented a preliminary procurement specification for the procurement of global index funds and thereby opened up the possibility for market dialogue. The office of FTN would like to thank the industry for questions and comments received. In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, FTN cannot provide feedback or answers to individual potential tenderers, but all comments are considered in the drafting of the final procurement documents.

The final procurement specifications are presented when notice of the procurements is given. Any changes compared to the preliminary specification are thus communicated in connection with the notice.

After notice has been given, it is possible to submit questions via e-avrop. FTN recommends all fund managers with plans to submit tenders in the procurements to create a user account on e-avrop External link. well in advance.
