Instructions for File Submission
Here you can find information on how to upload documents to the Fund Market Board.
Who Can Upload Files?
Only users who have received login credentials from the Fund Market Board can use the service.
Note that fund managers cannot create new users in the system themselves.
If you need an account or need to change a user, contact: support@ftn.se
When your user has been created, you will recieve a email with login credentials and a URL to the page for you to upload files.
Logging in to the Service
- Go to the page you recieve in the email.
- Enter your username and password.
- Click Log in.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot password link on the login page.
Uploading Files
Once you are logged in, you can begin to upload documents/files.
How to Upload
- Click Upload file.
- Select the file you want to upload.
- Upload.
The file will then be uploaded and displayed in the Uploaded files list.
Allowed File Formats
The following file formats are supported:
- CSV
- DOCX
- TXT
- XLSX
Maximum file size is 25 MB per file.
Uploaded Files
Once a file has been uploaded, it will appear in the Uploaded files list.
Here you can see:
- File name
- Uploaded by
- Upload date and time
- Status
Previously Uploaded Files
Once a file has been uploaded, it is added to Previously uploaded files.
Files are regularly retrieved from the file upload server by the Fund Market Board. Files are then deleted from Uploaded Files and only shown here.
Issues with Uploading
If a file cannot be uploaded, it may be due to:
- The file is larger than 25 MB
- The file format is not supported
- The file is empty or corrupted
Check the file and try again.
