The Office Of FTN
The Swedish Fund Selection Agency consists of a board, for which the operational work is carried out in an office. The office is organized in three units, with five cross-functional teams working across the three units, and has around 30 employees. The administrative office is located in Tumba Bruk, Botkyrka Municipality.
Management Of The Office
The management of the office is responsible to ensure that the office delivers on its tasks towards the board. The board is provided with material for decision-making regarding the procurements of funds to the premium pension platform that is prepared by the members of the office.

The Procurement and Product Strategy team (UPS)
The Procurement and Product Strategy team (UPS) is responsible for the process of procuring funds for the premium pension fund platform. They are also responsible for the range of funds offered on the fund platform, which should be suitable, controllable and be characterized by freedom of choice.
The team is led by Majdi Chammas. Majdi has long experience from the fund and finance industry. He has worked at the First AP-fund (AP1) in a number of positions, one of them being responsible for procuring and evaluating external fund managers. He has also worked as a financial consultant.
The Investment Due Diligence and Manager Research Team (IDD)
The Investment Due Diligence and Manager Research Team (IDD) is responsible for evaluating the quality of funds during the procurement and contract period, which extends over both the two main processes.
The team is led by Tina Rönnholm. Tina has long experience from the fund and finance industry. She has worked with qualitative investment due diligence of funds, and portfolio management among else, at both the First AP fund (AP1) and SEB.
The Operational Due Diligence Team (ODD)
The Operational Due Diligence Team (ODD) is responsible for the process of continuously reviewing and monitoring both the procured and application based funds, as well as for evaluating tenders based on operational requirements during the procurement process.
The team is led by Magnus Strömer. Magnus has more than three decades of experience from the finance industry, from all asset classes and from different organizations. Before joining FTN, he worked at Handelsbanken Funds and Länsförsäkringar Fund Management, among else.
