Report irregularities on the fund platform

FTN provides the opportunity to report suspected irregularities or misconduct in order to help maintain a secure and trustworthy fund platform.

Please note: This reporting function is not intended for customer complaints or general feedback regarding the premium pension fund platform.

Reports are received by the Chief Security Officer at the Swedish Pensions Agency, which acts as the host authority for the Swedish Fund Selection Agency (Fondtorgsnämnden). The Chief Security Officer is responsible for determining how the matter will be investigated.

You may submit your report anonymously. If you wish to do so, please send a physical letter to the address below. Make sure not to include any information that could reveal your identity.
